FUkuoka ranks 22nd in Monocle's Quality of life survey

In the most recent Monocle's Quality of Life Survey, Fukuoka was selected as the 22nd most livable cities in the world.

Monocle reports, “The city of over 1.6 million in southern Japan is a better place than most to seek an ideal mix of work and fun.”
