Documentary story of a sugar cane farmer in Asakura city, Fukuoka.

In July, 2017, a devastating flood took 42 lives in Kyushu.

The flood left a huge scar in Asakura city damaging most of the crops.

One of the regional products, "Minagi Sugar" faced a danger of extinction.

Will the tradition die by the disaster?

Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting's camera crew voluntarily filmed this short documentary on how this sugarcane farmer bounced back from the disaster destruction.
